They should ban all protests period unless you pay for a permit. That is how you control the agitators and provocateurs. Their opinion is irrelevant. Facts are important. When people deal in facts, we can finally have a great society. Protestors screaming and banging on their drums does nothing. Fine them $2000 for disturbing the peace. If you need a permit to start a parade, why not for a protestor event? That makes no sense. Americans have no respect for society. Look how they trash their environment.
