I like tombstone pizzas the most, for the thickness their crust is. Thicker than a thin crust, but still not too thick and bready. I'll sprinkle on some fennel, oregano, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and often times hot sauce. Then if it's a bit lacking on cheese I'll throw on some shredded mozzarella a few minutes before it's done cooking. permalink fedilink source parent
