Personally I'd agree that 45 is the minimum, but I do feel the difference at higher FPS up to 80-90 or so.

I'd agree that anything above that is only markedly different for eSport athletes and hummingbirds, though 😁

Mine is a stable 50. It gets easier as the screen gets smaller though.
