The only reason people make fun of Zuckerberg for being a lizard jokes is because he's Jewish and it's a subconscious kneejerk racist reaction deep inside Americans

Same reason why they make fun of him for being evil (and Elon Musk too) when really people are just making fun of him and Elon for being autistic whenever they act weird

Consider: Americans don't hate Gates, Bezos, or any of the Google founders anywhere near to the same degree. And notice how Bezos gets the most hate out of this list and he's bald

They are evil and there's plenty to back that up, but yeah the lizard and robot "jokes" are socially acceptable ways for supposedly progressive people to get in on reactionary bits. There's so many ways to attack them for the things they actually do and people want to focus on the fact he literally looks autistic and do the shitty robot bit we all dealt with in school.

I'm not sure how Zuckerberg "looks" autistic. I didn't know autistic people have a distinct look. He looks like any other guy. In fact he was quite handsome during the hayday of Facebook, but he decided to get a Caesar cut to feed his ego and that's when he started looking like a literal robot. No one was making fun of his looks when he was younger

He's looking better now after ditching the atrocious cut and going back to the curly style

He looks autistic because he doesn't emote how people expect, so people call him a robot and other anti-autistic comparisons. This is aside from the whole "computer ghoul" look mentioned in another thread that's also very stereotypically associated with autism.
