What's something you love, and love describing or explaining to people who are new to that interest, hobby, or activity?

Hash as the food? If yes, any ideas? Most of my hashes have been rather boring: [potato|boiled yucca], carrots, bell peppers, [meat|eggs and cheese].

Hahaha hash as in solventless hash rosin - but a good breakfast hash is nice too hahaha
