MODERATORS
This is based on a study that was from Mckinsey and company. An incredibly shitty and shady consulting firm. Here is a quick npr article where they talk about a book that goes a little into how shitty they are. Pete buttigieg was also a former employee if that interests anyone.
I'm not saying it isn't an accurate study. Just giving context to the producer of the study, something that everyone should care about.
