So basically, as long as your transphobia and bigotry and racism and white supremacy is stated in a polite manner, it's cool with him. But if you get offended by the transphobia etc and speak up for yourself, YOU are getting banned. Also, since the Jesse Singal thing started, he has made it very clear he gives exactly zero fucks what Jesse Singal does.
