Clayface was definitely a top 5. Anytime a character had to face losing its humanity I think I was particularly affected.

Mr. Freeze’s story arc, particularly his first episode.

The "Heart of Steel" arc with HARDAC was one I always enjoyed. That, or the Clayface story. Very odd to have a tragedy in a kids show, but I guess that's one of the things that made TAS so special.

The series was so brilliant that I can almost put together an entire episode from memory just from a few words. Especially this one.

There's so many it's hard to choose. I love Beware the Grey Ghost, but I like Robin's Reckoning more.
