If I like it, it's not terrible (plus I agree with /u/netburnr).
That said: G.O.R.A. and Accion Mutante are great campy Sci-Fi movies. The latter is a bit more gory.

Damn, forgot about G.O.R.A . That movie is hilarious!
In the same vein, Star Crash is one of my terrible favorites. With David Hasselhoff and a guy that stole the hair from David Hasselhoff.
Plan 9 From Outer Space redefined bad movies for me. It's inexcusably bad. Many bad movies are really just doing the best they can with the skills of the cast and crew. But the filmmakers of Plan 9 From Outer Space just keep making decisions that are so much worse than they have to be. It's amazing to watch.
anything neil breen did. especially twisted pair.
Fateful Findings is my favorite, Neil Breen is the best worst director ever.
Probably Sucker Punch. Has nothing to do with a crush I may or may not have on Jena Malone, and exclusively to do with the straight-played, over-the-top ridiculousness of the entire film.
Any of the Death Races but the old one "Death Race 2000" is so awful it's great again.
The Day After Tomorrow. It is exquisitely bad. In the third act, they run out of ways to make weather the bad guy and randomly drop in a pack of wolves to attack everyone. Itβs a hilariously entertaining disaster movie
Rubber - A sentient tire rolls around causing destruction.
Iron Sky - Moon Nazis
Army of Darkness (1992)
Wrong! This is obviously a masterpiece
