Fair point but I wake up to a smile at least twice as often as I wake up to a butthole so the smile is where it's at, for my money.

I know in Wisconsin they look just like that. I'd presume it's Real ID and could be a number of states then? I have no idea if they're normalized across states though now. If not, it's a Wisconsin license.

I presume the background image is different on each and it doesn't look like it off hand.
