Taking my lad trick or treating in the city since we can be home late on a Saturday.

Halloween isn't a thing here (though commercials are certainly trying to make it a thing), so I'm spending the weekend doing mundane stuff. Working on some assignments, making dinner...
Mourning the loss of a man, whom I've never met, will never meet, and is an intergenerational, metaphysical legend and the gold standard role model in trying to be a better person and working humanity towards a future of peace, despite us living through the antithetical timeline where we all exist on the precipice of either enlightenment or falling headfirst into maybe the darkest times humanity may ever face.
Halloween rave tmr. Gonna make pancakes on Sunday
SO's sib is visiting \( ᐛ )/
Spooky cabaret this past evening, nieces coming over to raid my neighborhood for candy & my pantry for grilled cheese tomorrow, Wildwood with friends on Sunday.
All of October has been like this. Looking forward to a lazier November.
Saturday is Halloween. Folks coming over to watch Edward Scissorhands (yes, you know and I know that it’s a Christmas movie, but my wife and her family disagree and they win by default), then trick or treating with the kids. I may open the backyard Haunted Tiki Bar for parents who need a moment.
And then Sunday we’re going to Disneyland for my wife’s birthday. Should be relatively light crowds.
Visiting a small town in rural NorCal with my spouse. Hopefully good hiking, good food, no wildfires.
I threw a big Halloween party tonight then I'm going to see "You Can See Everything" and get dinner for a friend's birthday on Sunday. Saturday is probably recovery from tonight.
