for multiple reasons i don't care for these recomps in general but i would go mode if they killed off the remake/remaster market by getting AI to create them

Also, this is a fork of a Linux port. I know the Linux port was vibe-coded (it even lists Claude as a contributor) but I don't know if this port diverged from that pattern or not.
