Kind of surprising the music style wasn’t really intentional. It would be pretty jarring if the music direction was totally different in a future Persona game.

But they have done a great job making the games leave a lasting impression. I remember Persona games in the same kind of way I remember chapters of my own life. Even though they clearly have fantasy elements, the real world setting and freedom of choice in a lot of the game, and really great characters, it really makes it a more personal memory than the vast majority of other games.

Tried getting into those games. Just couldn’t do it.
