I just wanted to be a lil chud :3

I never asked to be woke. Im not just woke either. IM WOKE 2.0.

A Black trans woman. No one should have all that power.

I can now unironically use the phrase "(a Black woman is speaking)." which is funny and tragic

the dialectical contradiction of being just an eepy sleepy girl and being woke. whatever will the synthesis be?

The synthesis seems to be staying up all night, sleeping until noon or later and being tired all the time doggirl-sleep

We never had a choice. We are all temporarily embarrassed billionaires deluded liberals, and then we live and learn enough to make chuddom unthinkable.

We are all some degree of problematic, but we can improve. And when we weigh our problematic things against those of our enemies, we find the difference absurd. Despite our flaws, we have natural allies and can set each other straight.

Do you want to share your problematic nature with the rest of the class?

Real talk? Im selfish and I know it. I also don't think I care that much about it.

I don't want to save the world. Im not saying it doesn't deserve saving but I'm not even going to make a serious effort. Respect to those who try but I'm not that person.

I just want to live a happy life and hopefully, not get hate-crimed.

Yeah I wouldn’t blame you, I’m kind of the same. I just think the bar for not getting hate-crimed will keep rising unless we fight. And fighting doesn’t have to mean being on the front lines of guerrilla warfare either… There are plenty of big and small ways to save the world.

I know people IRL who are communists and go out into the streets to fight fascists and pigs and I have a great deal of respect for them. Im also aware that things probably arent going to get better anytime soon.

It's not like Im doing nothing but I could objectively be doing more and I think that's at least somewhat problematic.

It's just my honest assessment of the situation.

EDIT: If I wanted to be mean about it, I could point out that white people collectively could be doing a "bit" more to fight fascism. (Not you specifically, if you're white.) BUT YES YOU. THE READER. STOP THE FASH RIGHT NOW doggirl-thumbsup
