BTW, what she says is also a flat-out lie. Yes, i know. surprised-pika

The occupation deliberately factors in also killing the family, friends and neighbors of supposed "Hamas members" in the strike. And if you are flagged as a Hamas member and put on the kill list by their AI, Lavender, entirely depends on your metadata, something that like almost everything about the genocide in Gaza has been precedented by the tactics the US developed for its drone strikes in the "War on Terror". Of course the Entity does not warn its victims in advance, that would defeat the entire point of assassinating people by airstrike, and the regime illegally occupying Palestine has for 20 years openly stated that it will use disproportionate force and does not view anybody in a targeted area as a civilian, which is known as the Dahiya Doctrine, after the Beirut suburb were they killed over 1000 people, a third of them children, in 2006. We even know from whistleblowers how many murdered civilians per Hamas member are considered acceptable, even being designated as the lowest-ranking "junior targets" means that 20 people around them are fair game, based on nothing but proximity to a - once more, algorithmically chosen - target. And for "senior targets", that number is one hundred civilians by the lowest accounts, some sources even say it's up to 500. And to top it all off, if they have any bombs and missiles left after going through their daily to-kill-list, they just ask their AI to spit out a list of additional targets. And btw, if you wonder who provided the AI making these decisions for them, it's a collaboration with Microsoft.

Ah yes, the civilized approach to warfare; telling innocent people you're going to be carpet bombing their neighborhood, thus absolving yourself of responsibility when they are killed

I'm pretty sure that most countries have done this since around WWII. Not to say that surprise bombings don't happen.

However, especially when the goal is to displace civilians to move in your own people. Regardless of what the message on the flyer says, best to always it read it as:

*"Hey! We are going to bomb the fuck out of your home to demolish it for our new luxury condos" *

Bombing civilian centers are legitimate military targets, to fascists, because the population there all must be supporting the destruction of their own people just as much as the fascist are destroying others. "Factory workers are just as guilty as the soldiers, for building the soldier's gear" is the reactionary logic.

imagine being angry that someone called in a false bomb threat but then the one time it turned out to be a real bomb threat you were like "oh, shit, i was about to be mad but thankfully there was actually a bomb so i guess its all good, you know"

It's actually antisemitic to draw 1:1 comparisons between the Nazis and the Zionists even if they're perfectly accurate very-intelligent
