Looks like an early 2000s browser.
Minimalism. The core engine is about 185,000 lines of project C and headers, excluding vendored libraries and generated assets — small enough for one person to read and audit end-to-end.
Uh, that's dramatically less than Firefox or Chrome, but one person ain't auditing that much...
