Your breast milk has the same alcohol content as your blood. So, in order to get your breast milk to have an alcohol content of 5%, such as is typical for beer, you need to drink pretty precisely one hundred cans of beer within an hour.

...which is, tbh, slightly towards the excessiveish side.

So, it is basically impossible to turn your breast milk into an alcohol drink of any noteworthy strength by drinking alcohol.

Sadly, I believe the same applies to basically any intoxicants consumed orally. You're going to need an absolutely ludicrously mega-super-duper-excrssively large giga-joint in order to bring your breast milk to have a thc content that has at least some resemblance of effect on its drinker.

You need to avoid breastfeeding while consuming anything that is unfit for your baby to consume, because of the exact effects you are talking about : ie : drugs end up in the milk and in the baby.

Your plan is already thought through and ... successful? Harmful to children.

I think you're probably already going to do this, but avoid breastfeeding kids.
