Teas in bulk. Dry herbal teas in are cheap especially from grocery store, co-ops, or health food stores. Nettle and raspberry leaf are full of nutrients and mostly neutral in flavor to get added to other tea blends if you doing enjoy the earthy flavor. Nettle had the same or more nutritional content per oz as dark leafy greens. Raspberry is slightly less but great for hormonal health.

Beans.
Beans.
They may be a recurring Lemmy joke but the only reasonable way to get the fiber you need for a day is beans.
Cooked greens, like collards, because they get so small when you cook them, one serving is so full of nutrients and they are one of the best values in terms of nutrition per calorie.
And mostly just eating less junk so more of your calories are nutritious foods.
A multi-vitamin. A year's worth is like $60.
Bulk broccoli seeds and a mason jar. 130k seeds is like 15 bucks. Fresh microgreens every 5 days, no soil or cleaning to worry about.
Fast and dirty. Put some integrator in a bottle of fruit juice and drink it bit by bit during the day.
Are fresh vegetables expensive where you live? I you can ignore the taste (which you didn't list in your requirements), they're pretty easy and probably healthier than pills. Cheap vegetables can also taste good, but that's more dependent on skill and personal taste.
Vegatables are tricky for me cuz im really bad about eating then fast enough before they go bad + i have this weird thing with scarcity and fear of running out, i dunno its totes fucked. I need a mom to make me so bad lol, mines a deadbeat but i eat well when i stay with grandparents like that
You could do some meal prep. Chop or puree them, put them in the freezer.
Personally I'm not doing that either, I hate the taste and texture of lots of vegetables and stuff like onions or broccoli don't mix well with my IBS. And I don't have much space in the freezer. But I do know that most people are not like me.
