I guess they are now both literally and figuratively garbage trucks.

Then they better freaking make the garbage contractors do the rest of their job, not just the pickups, but also keeping things tidy. They make and leave behind such a mess. When they used to be government employees they were actually "sanitation workers" and responsible for more than just collection, or at least would clean up the messes they made and were sure to fully empty the bins every time.

What is a “clock code violation”?

I don't get it, what would the city base a fine on? If not part of a HOA, then what's the legal mechanism to be able to issue a fine?

Garbage trucks have had cameras for a while now; just not fed into Ai for the nickels and the dimes.

Garbage trucks get run into or brake-checked aggressively, and they need the dashcam to show the entrapment. I dunno about you, but I was stunned to hear that people specifically target rubbish trucks.
