WTF is this headline math.

The annual target is 100%.

5 months out of 12 is 41%.

28% (of the annual) / 41% (What they should expect to collect in 5 months) is 0.68, so roughly 2/3.

In English: they made 1/3 less money than they expected.

FFS. People shouldn't be expected to do this much math, when being given information. I'm doing the journalists homework here?!
