It says it’s aimed at China. Does the USA allow it? Does this mean stepping away from microsoft?

It‘s aimed at China because China is the worst offender of it with (I assume) the USA coming second. In a lot of ways the US under MAGA rule is becoming more like China every day meaning a techno fascist state that actually doesn‘t like free trade and just wants to exploit everyone and everything. Not like thats a first for the US or Europe but global trade is shifting away from a free market. I think it‘s in our interest the EU at least pulls the break on this concerning development and gives everyone some time to reconsider and change course for the better.
