Anyone that supports this Orange Pedo must go.
post
I think I remember hearing the Pod Save America guys saying that the more tiny-d donnie is in the headlines, the worse he tends to poll. I assume that drags down others in his shit party, too.
The minute he's out of the headlines, the more brainless Americans tend to forget how fucking awful he is.
If he's in the forefront of everyone's minds all the time, I hope it blows huge holes in Republican support this election. :)
Never interrupt your enemy while they are making a mistake
That's how we got here in the first place. By thinking Trump would be the biggest selfown by the republicans, and not fighting him from the very beginning, he was allowed to get a stage to spout his bullshit.
We underestimated him and overestimated American voters.
You can't underestimate him. The problem is that neo liberals will never actually attack. Let Trump weaken himself enough so that no one will dare to openly care when he and his judges face the judgement of the American people.
Or several bullets. Whichever comes first
To be fair he wants everything to be about him.
He's planning on rigging it for then anyway, so it doesn't hurt to make him the centerpiece.
Yeah, but like everything he does, he'll half-ass it and that probably won't be enough
Ehm last time I checked he is stil the president and nobody is doing anything about it. So he may half ass it, but it seems that half assing it is enough in America to get elected to be president
It's clearly worked just fine up to this point. What makes this any different?
Quit underestimating this orange pedo, he's pulled shit before see the election he won, now elon is back and more fuckery i promise that
The guy who orchestrated a full-blown insurrection -and got away with it - shouldn't be underestimated.
Seems like Trump is doing just fine. 30% voted for him and it sounds like more people approve of him today.
Lol even the article you're commenting on has data saying the opposite of you.
and it sounds like more people approve of him today.
I don't know where you're hearing that, but it's bullshit
It’s an observation. 30% of the population voted for him - I assume they voted for him because they approved of him. The article says that his approval rating now is in the 30’s% range. Which is a bit higher than the percentage of people who voted for him. Therefore my conclusion is that overall he’s doing pretty good. More people approve of him now than they did 2 years ago.
His approval rating in Jan 2025 was 47%
Percentage of votes doesn't directly translate to approval ratings.
I assume those who voted for him strongly supported him. Those who didn’t vote at all but approved of him in 2025 weren’t steadfast, so it makes sense that their beliefs changed over time.
It’s evident by social media posts - people saying that they voted for him 3 times and would do it again, ie: letters to him. In fact his hard core supporter group increased, it went from 30% to over 30%. He’s doing well.
The biggest flaw (out of many) is assuming everyone that voted for him, still support him.
But specifically you seem to think his polling in a single district Kamala won is the same as the whole country...
Rep. Don Bacon (R-Neb.), a moderate Republican who is retiring rather than running for reelection, said Trump is bringing down the GOP’s chances of holding his district, which includes the city of Omaha and its suburbs. Political forecasters expect Democrats to flip the seat in November.
"Some of the policies and some of the statements aren’t helpful,” Bacon told HuffPost, referring in particular to the president’s tariffs on imported goods, which can put upward pressure on prices. “You get to see it in polling in my district; he’s in the mid-30s, which just makes it hard on Republicans.”
While former Vice President Kamala Harris won Bacon’s district in 2024, Trump is becoming a problem for Republicans across the map.
Like, that's a pretty fundamental mistake there buddy
