I've never needed to type a number. If I have to use a number I simply describe how it makes me feel. Like I might say "it's around the middle" or "oh this number is pretty big but not intimidating big"

Idk i go to the smiley face button which brings up the numbers picker and then you can scroll or search for them 6️⃣7️⃣ it's much easier
