Much less to scream about when you don’t have to spend time in a car on a freeway every day!

There's no set time or place. It all comes out whenever it decides it's time. There's no predicting it or controlling it, a lot like pooping.

I leave for work early to beat traffic and have 15 to 20 minutes to myself. I park on the far side to get my steps in. Doing this, I'm assured to not be disturbed while I have mini breakdowns and ugly cry. :D

I channel it into the stabbing.

Pillow for sure. Back in the day it used to be a walk-in freezer.

I just take a nice, relaxing ride on my bicycle to a nearby park instead.

The ducks have learned about this habit and leave me alone now, fearing for their eardrums.

But my commute is what causes most of my screaming!

I live pretty rural so I just go outside and scream at the sky from my lawn.

My action paralysis, social anxiety and paranoia of others hearing makes me internalise the screams. It doesn't work very well.

Do it on the job while job hunting if it's that bad

Late at night when the neighbors are sleeping.

The elites don't want you to know this but you can actually scream pretty much anywhere, anytime. I like to do it on the subway during rush hour.
