Photo processing. I have photos from my old old old pixel 3xl that I can blow up and not have any pixelation or loss of detail.
The “better” camera in my iPhone 13 Pro Max only takes photos that look good at iPhone size.

Notifications, 100%. That’s one of my only complaints.
An empty home screen, with all of my apps in an app drawer.
Not ios related necessarily, but DAMN do I want a circular apple watch, and a 15 inch ipad pro…preferably in pacific blue, with a matching blue apple pencil.
I’m looking into getting a new iPad and was worried that the 12.9 would be too big. Then I spent a bunch of time with one in a store yesterday and was also thinking that I would totally go for a 14 or 15.
Polish the ui. Take time to actually use their device now. Like I don’t think they actually use iPhones. It’s how broken iOS is.
An alternative to iCloud for phone backup would be nice
Siri and HomeKit. Nothing frustrates me more.

Huh. I never noticed that period on the Safari keyboard. Had to go see it for myself. I guess I just never used it or accidentally touched it.
Maybe you mainly type with your left thumb, if you even type with your thumbs at all. My right thumb does most of the work when typing, and I hit the period button 9/10 times and have done so since probably my first iPhone.
I mean the safari search keyboard is also just a URL box. Would be kinda annoying to type out a url if the period isn’t immediately available.
As an Android user since a week ago: Volume Control (alarm, notifications and ring tone always the same?), Gestures, Notifications, icon placement and the Keyboard.
Yep, this is pretty much it. I’d also take Siri being able to read a summary of a question from the internet when asked instead of suggesting you look at the links on your phone.
If I ask Google “what temperature should the oven be for chicken wings” it’ll reply “based on blah blah site the ideal oven temperature for crispy wings is 425° Fahrenheit.”
If I ask Siri, she replies “I found this on the web” and supplies links. Okayish for if I ask the question on my phone, utterly useless if I ask on a HomePod or from across the room.
Back gesture please ! Do they even use promax models ???
Back gesture exists, though. It works in all the apps I use regularly. Which apps do you find it to not work in?

i wish i could have set notification sounds. an iphone that is designed like the iMac G3 / Nothing Phone colorful asf, made jet black iphones again. brought back the touch bar, made Apple care bettter.
Pricing
I think Apple is dropping the ball with software quality in the last years. One thing that I loved about Apple OSs (both iOS and macOS) was it being almost bug free. Sometimes they ship new versions with broken features that were working completely fine before. (Ex: Bluetooth in macOS is completely unreliable in the last version)

Honestly photo gallery improvements. MAINLY I wish there was a folder where ask your PHOTOS were separate from any images that you’ve saved, screenshots, etc. a true “camera gallery” where everything that was taken thru an iPhone camera lens was separated from all the downloaded junk memes and screenshots and wallpapers and stuff. Just imagine how nice that would be.
3rd party apps outside the App Store (hopefully we get this next year)
Different ring and alarm tone volumes. Set a different wallpaper on lock screen. Ringtone longer than 30 seconds. Set my own snooze time length.
The volume control, notification categories like Android and it's high time now, the phone keypad should be T9! Auto search in the keypad as soon as you start typing numbers, matching both numbers and T9 names.
Ability to 1 tap download my anime episodes from browsers, bulk download videos and archive them in one folder.
Actual Sideloading - this would probably cause many iPhone users to brick their device by installing malware without knowing.
Poor native keyboard, horrible notification management and a lack of a universal back button. Also I feel text selection is inferior and less precise than that on my previous phone (S22U)

Quality Control when they are pushing out new iPhones especially
My wide-angle camera lens has a very tiny dust particle which is actually invisible to the naked eyes, but when you observe from a certain angle under certain lighting, it’s there. I suspect it might even be a very tiny chip inside the sapphire lens cover instead of a dust particle coz it hasn’t moved from its position since I found it on day one. Never expected it to bug me that much, but it did.
I am over it now. It really is just a cosmetic issue, barely visible and doesn’t affect camera performance at all.
Notifications , keyboard (too big) , volume control - you can’t change the volume of ringtone and notification, the ringtone chooser. The personalization of themes. The freedom without lose security. The compatibility

Integrate notifications with dynamic island i have a Samsung as a secondary and there's an app called D-Notch basically dynamic island for android but imo the developers did a great job because every time you get a notif it will appear on the dynamic island you can enlarge it or hold it to open the open the app whichever app and has almost all other dynamic island features

omg there’s a problem with iphone microphones the last 3 phones i’ve had have had this fault with the microphone that renders it unusable.
Unable to use the microphone for the camera app, only using the camera via another app like snapchat or instagram for example.
The problem got worse, less apps were supporting the microphones use with the camera. Then it stopped people hearing me during my calls.
I was forced to put my phone on loudspeaker to answer and call people as it was the only time the mic would work. Then that started to become temperamental and i was forced to connect my headphones to take a call and use the mic on my headphones.
I got all the components changed, to then be told it’s a software problem, updated the newest IOS and still a problem.
This happened to my iphone 7 plus, iphone 8 plus and iphone XS…
it felt like these problems would start happeneing when a new phone was brought out but that’s a discussion for another day…
Now i’m on the iphone 11 lol
