    Pubic hair exists to protect against micro-abrasions during sex, it prevents fluids contaminating in such areas and lowers STI risks.

    It has a purpose.

    Pubic hair is what gives me microabrasions. Also, It's not going to be a very effective prevention of anything during penetrative sex. It really only stops the juice from running down from the belly.

    Just use protection. That's gonna be more effective than relying on your bush to protect you.

    If you keep your bush because you like it, more power to you. But don't pretend it has some evolutionary value in modern contexts. We don't wander around naked in the wilderness anymore. Most of us wear clothes when we go outside.
