I don't know one Hobartian who doesn't have strong opinions on this topic.

I can't imagine the chaos that'll ensue if they push forwards without local support.

I see this as an expansion of the Major Projects process. Giving developers more power will surely be in the absolute best interests of the community. Nothing could possibly go wrong.
