about a month ago some shmuck dev that maintained a lemmy frontend(tesseract) hid a secret blacklist of 300+ users in his code.

what it meant was that if you were on that list, anyone using that frontend wouldn't see your posts or comments. both users and admins alike were left unaware that this was happening.

I was one of the lucky few on the list.

and yes, I can get a bit trolly, but my purpose is to push boundaries and stimulate individual thought, even if I'm the bad guy.

They regularly put up a banner on the top of every lemmy instance that doesn't manually remove it (I havent seen an instance that does) begging for funding for Lemmy development which is done by people like Dessalines, owner and operator of ML, known advocate for the Russian invasion and person who claims Trans people are just a liberal psyop, and Trump supporter.
