Is neofetch even still a thing? Debian seems to have stopped packaging neofetch between 2023 (bookworm) and 2025 (trixie); I just assumed that the original dev stopped keeping it up to date, similar to youtube-dl. I wasn't in the mood to dig into it and possibly uncover more FOSS drama ...

I'm on i3-wm btw. Can't be arsed to change my setup to Wayland.

Also do you have any cool binds? For example I have a bind for switching my audio output from speakers to headphones, it's so useful.

I recently heard about Noctalia from a colleagues. Its a wayland shell with support for most wm/de's, including hyprland. Its probably the most solid hyprland experience Ive had after just a tiny bit of keybind tinkering.

Before that I used end-4 dotfiles but I still prefer Noctalia just because the ease of use.
