I'm looking for an application to keep track of my self-hosted solutions. Ideally, something simple where I can store the following things:

  • Hosting location (physical)
  • Name and description
  • Web address
  • Ports
  • Description

If anyone knows anything that can do this, please let me know ;)

I think that Baserow (https://baserow.io/) can be a good solution for you. You can create a database that contains a table with all your self-hosted solutions. Because it's open source, you can optionally self-host it.

Seems like the config file that would power a lot of the homepage dashboards like homepage, flame, homarr, etc.

Just self host a notes app. Many choices here, I like Joplin personally.

Or like suggested use a spreadsheet. Look into nextcloud with their office suite if you want a fun rabbit hole.

You could also host your own docs website such as with mkdocs.
