If I lived in a suburb and nazis were always coming to visit whatever thing I would want to dismantle that thing to stop the nazis coming.
They would still come and leave memorials. Making it a police station is daring them to still do it and see how quickly they get arrested.

Shame it's in the middle of a neighborhood. If it was a farmhouse out in the country, I would have suggested turning it into a sewage lagoon.
So they explicitly chose to legitimise said pilgrimages.
The only acceptable use is as a gender neutral public toilet block.
I suggest a multiplex consisting of a synagogue, a disability benefits office, and a transgender healthcare clinic.
