Bundesliga is the most fan friendly league in the world. Not perfect, but the best.

It should be mentioned that several clubs in La liga , Ligue A and even Serie A were promoted and managed to stay in the top flight playing in relatively small capacity stadiums, while the Bundusliga is in flux with heavyweights still in the Bundesliga 2 like Hamburg and Shalke.

Germany almost doubles in population to Spain, while having less teams at the top level. 36 Vs 42 teams.

France has a big Rugby playing culture which Germany doesn’t have.
