Garage gets poor wifi from house (~25m from modem currently). Closest point from house to garage is ~15m. Cannot move modem, but can run ethernet to either a mesh or a bridge at the closest point in the house and then similarly on the garage. Other option would be overhead ethernet (Winter currently so cannot trench). I also need hardware recommendations for mesh/bridge/AP in Canada.

I like Ubiquiti Nanobeam bridges for this kind of application.

If you want to do a cable, do fiber and not copper ethernet.

Do a search, as there have been an abundance of posts regarding bringing internet to outbuildings and the reasons why not to use copper.

best is fibre, then ethernet cables, then wireless p2p bridge; ubiquiti, tplink and mikrotik offer some good products

Run exterior 1 1/2" conduit with long sweep 90⁰ bends and LB into the structure. Here's an overview

15 meters is not a long distance, ethernet cable should be the best solution!
