Need WiFi in Garage - Mesh vs. Bridge vs. Overhead ethernet cable (alien.top)

Garage gets poor wifi from house (~25m from modem currently). Closest point from house to garage is ~15m. Cannot move modem, but can run ethernet to either a mesh or a bridge at the closest point in the house and then similarly on the garage. Other option would be overhead ethernet (Winter currently so cannot trench). I also need hardware recommendations for mesh/bridge/AP in Canada.

Run exterior 1 1/2" conduit with long sweep 90⁰ bends and LB into the structure. Here's an overview
