I saw these at my aldis this week too.

I only found it funny since I have not seen fried or any either variation of ice cubes.

Honestly I see these being super useful stocked at a decent liquor store for when you're hosting company. But at ALDI? Seems like the wrong market. I shop at ALDI, I'd buy these once to have with my scotch for a novelty. But not regularly.

saw these the other week. was like over a dollar a cube. wtf. they are more expensive than the ice cream novelties around them. who the heck is buying this and I mean aldi. not exactly the rich mans grocer.

Could they make some faceted like a diamond and perfectly clear?

Frozen ice cubes? Are there other types of ice cubes?

Slow melting? Its going to melt at the same rate as any other ice cube... unless its not just water... yeah, I'll give that a hard pass
