They absolutely think racism exists, and they pretend to think white people are the victims of it.
In their minds the only color that sets one person apart from another is green. And they are going to work tirelessly to ensure theirs get more of it.
If the justices are just basing their decisions on their political ideologies instead of by the US constitution, doesn't that make them mere slimy politicians instead of wise judges?
Of course they know it exists. Their decisions show they like it and want more of it.
This miserable headline makes it clear the media is part of the problem, gaslighting people and trying to cover Supreme Court's racism with ignorance.
Yeah, but we know corruption exists and should go after anyone holding public office at any level who's taking bribes from billionaires.
Justice Thomas taking vribes from Harlan Crow for example.
These justices need to go, and all of their decisions should be thrown out.

I spend 30 or 32 years being a leftist and thinking that because I could point out everyone else's racism I must not be racist.
Well fuck me when I finally had a very brave black acquaintance say no PEB you are a ignorant racist and you don't even know it. Microaggressions for the loss.
I spent a few more years denying it. Then one day it came to me that yeah ... I have a ton of racist baggage that I don't know how to address. I have spent about 20 years since then reading, watching, listening, writing, and speaking and fighting it out with my stupidity and when I could talk to people about it.
Some of the needle moved from my intellectual efforts, but I'm still so nervous around black people that I'm scared of doing some microaggression and pushing someone into beating the shit out of me that I act super too nice which is just another fucking microaggression.
And then when I'm hurt or vulnerable it all falls apart and all my efforts fail and I end up experiencing feelings of racism yet again.
I hate it about me. But yeah if me this dipshit leftist can struggle to come to understand that I am still racist ... I don't know. I'm pretty dumb so I see myself as below average intelligence with a big mouth.
But maybe everyone else here has this figured out, and Kagan is writing to me specifically about the stupid racism.
I don't think so, but maybe.
Care to actually describe what those "racist feelings" were?
I mean that's the thing to do, be continually (not constantly, that's too often and too stressful) reevaluating your intentional thoughts and actions and seeing where you can do better.
I feel like they made it clear (that that's what they think) many times before. Is this one even worse?
Martin Luther King ended racism by having a dream, everybody knows that.
