Just received and assembled my 13. When the laptop is on and/or charging, it's showing an alternating blue/amber LED. is installed. I've installed Mint but I never saw a battery icon in the lower right. I tried a Tiny 10 install, same thing. I just confirmed the battery is not charging. Anything I can do while I wait for Framework Support?

What power supply do you have? More than 30 watts?

Feels like the motherboard sees power but it’s not more than the laptop users to be aktiv. I have that kin of behaviour when I try to charge with a 20w charger.

Try charging it while it’s powered off. Than it doesentbuse any power but can charge.

Try without the expansion cards on every slot.

Can you try to connect an additional, different power supply on the other side, like even a smartphone charger if you have nothing else?

I understand it correctly that the laptop is running from power supply and just the battery isn't charging? Then its possible the battery is defect or the connector is bent.
