Does anyone know why my watch screen is doing this? (alien.top)

i have it set to the ‘always on’ display, but the last couple of days, when i have my arm down, the screen will blur out and do this, even even when i have a workout going… I hate it. Any suggestions?

Unless your screen is on your watch face, the AOD will always default to a standard digital clock unless it’s tracking a workout or something like that

It depends on the subsettings you have set for AOD whether or not apps will display.
