is there anything exciting about putting stuff in ur urethra or is that just a scare people type thing?

cuz... i cant imagine that being exciting (yet)

[-] captainlezbian@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

I had to get a catheter put in while I was awake once, and yeah it feels really good. Unless your urethra is swollen and in pain, in that case it's brutal agony. Unfortunately the majority of my time being catheterized while awake is the latter.

ohgosh.....

i too have had some like - tests done where they had to insert something and i was just like - so scared it was crazy scary... and painful and stuff... even tho they put some anti-pain stuff in there before actually going in....... it was bad. wowie.

i genuinely, still have pain from the parts where they had problems "pushing through".... awful. so iguess thats why i cant see it being fun.

but hey, thank u for sharing ur experience! <3 thats very nice of u.

I know it as Sounding, if you're brave enough there will be a community somewhere

[-] KernelTale@programming.dev 3 points 2 days ago

Yes,

NSFW personal descriptionit's another source of pleasure like (AMAB) anal and estrogen driven breast stimulation. Not exactly a way to finish but definitely arousing (disclaimer: at least in my case)

there used to be a coffee shop in London that had a large glass cabinet display of urethral vibrators, this was circa 2008 I think.

The lemon drizzle cake was very nice

[-] stiephelando@discuss.tchncs.de 1 points 2 days ago

Gotta try it maybe

[-] RememberTheApollo_@lemmy.world 7 points 2 days ago

I too am familiar with this device, though definitely not as adventurous.

[-] bunnyBoy@pawb.social 7 points 2 days ago

I own a Huion tablet. I have an identical version of that pen on my desk right now. It would take a VERY talented urethra to fit even the first half inch of that thing inside it

[-] Smorty@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 2 days ago

i have the same pen. its meh.

[-] gegil@sopuli.xyz 32 points 4 days ago

Putting things into penis sounds like a cool idea to try, but i personally not comfortable with it yet.

[-] Maxxie@piefed.blahaj.zone 15 points 4 days ago

I cannot imagine why would anyone do this voluntarily. Is this how straight dudes feel about taking it in the ass?

[-] DeadDigger@lemmy.zip 6 points 3 days ago

I mean BDSM is a thing

[-] sp3ctr4l@lemmy.dbzer0.com 12 points 3 days ago

I am a bi dude, some kind of something is up my butt fairly regularly, and I still literally physically cringe and shrivel at the idea of urethra insertion.

Just... no. No n o n o no no.

[-] Swedneck@discuss.tchncs.de 2 points 7 hours ago

It's the difference between chugging with your mouth, and chugging through your nose.
Sure you can probably nose-chug without problems, but i'm not fucking trying it.

[-] sp3ctr4l@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 2 hours ago

I like this analogy.

I used to be a smoker.

... have been drunk/stupid enough to 'take a drag' via a nostril.

Do not recommend.

[-] PunnyName@lemmy.world 10 points 4 days ago

FFS, just get a butt plug. It's not gay, and feels good.

[-] Maxxie@piefed.blahaj.zone 7 points 4 days ago

Butt plug into urethra? 😬

[-] QuinnyCoded@sh.itjust.works 1 points 3 days ago

imo it sucks and I don't get the appeal at all

[-] gegil@sopuli.xyz 8 points 4 days ago

Straight guys will avoid every fun and cool thing just because "its gay".

[-] PillBugTheGreat@lemmy.world 10 points 4 days ago

Start with a smaller gauge, take it slow, sanitize, don't lose the object using, preferable, an overlong insertion or flared base.

[-] N0tTr0xy@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 4 days ago

don’t lose the object

Sounds sketchy

[-] Broadfern@lemmy.world 14 points 3 days ago

Oh dear Christ I sincerely hope they’re being sanitary about it. UTIs are no joke and can quickly become antibiotic-resistant.

[-] DragonTypeWyvern@midwest.social 2 points 2 days ago

Phrasing is kind of weird, the problem e coli strains and the other usual suspects are just already resistant.

The idea that you're training a resistant strain within in a single individual is dangerously widespread though.

[-] Jhex@lemmy.world 5 points 4 days ago

lol don't flatter yourself pen designer

[-] qarbone@lemmy.world 4 points 2 days ago

Someone being freaky with an instrument in the same category as something I made is the same as seeing the first nuke annihilate the landscape.

A truth nuke.

Moderator Guidelines

  • Don’t be mean to users. Be gentle or neutral.
  • Most moderator actions which have a modlog message should include your username.
  • When in doubt about whether or not a user is problematic, send them a DM.
  • Don’t waste time debating/arguing with problematic users.
  • Assume the best, but don’t tolerate sealioning/just asking questions/concern trolling.
  • Ask another mod to take over cases you struggle with, if you get tired, or when things get personal.
  • Ask the other mods for advice when things get complicated.
  • Share everything you do in the mod matrix, both so several mods aren't unknowingly handling the same issues, but also so you can receive feedback on what you intend to do.
  • Don't rush mod actions. If a case doesn't need to be handled right away, consider taking a short break before getting to it. This is to say, cool down and make room for feedback.
  • Don’t perform too much moderation in the comments, except if you want a verdict to be public or to ask people to dial a convo down/stop. Single comment warnings are okay.
  • Send users concise DMs about verdicts about them, such as bans etc, except in cases where it is clear we don’t want them at all, such as obvious transphobes. No need to notify someone they haven’t been banned of course.
  • Explain to a user why their behavior is problematic and how it is distressing others rather than engage with whatever they are saying. Ask them to avoid this in the future and send them packing if they do not comply.
  • First warn users, then temp ban them, then finally perma ban them when they break the rules or act inappropriately. Skip steps if necessary.
  • Use neutral statements like “this statement can be considered transphobic” rather than “you are being transphobic”.
  • No large decisions or actions without community input (polls or meta posts f.ex.).
  • Large internal decisions (such as ousting a mod) might require a vote, needing more than 50% of the votes to pass. Also consider asking the community for feedback.
  • Remember you are a voluntary moderator. You don’t get paid. Take a break when you need one. Perhaps ask another moderator to step in if necessary.
