Ya, upon having a couple nights to sleep on it and reading more instances of what is clearly airborne spread and then remembering that our ruling class is:

evil
incompetent
malthusian

My concern levels are rising. I could see this being a serious worldwide issue in a few years.

Ya, I could absolutely see a scenario in which hantavirus deaths slip into the already high excess morbidity for months, maybe even years, before people realizing things are fucked. They've already been convinced to ignore one pandemic, what's another.
