Philodendron already peaked eh … I guess I need to start collecting more!

Oh that's a nice use for a china cabinet!
My parents keep asking if I want their china cabinet, and I keep saying I have nothing to put in it. But now I'll have to think about it.
Philodendrons are the best.
I fuck with Alocasia and arthurium and pothos and monstera too.
But it’s called my Philo den for a reason
English ivy
still rising
Yeah... that tracks. 😒
English ivy and bishop's weed are the bane of my existence.
I've been working on taking out the infestation around my parent's house since 2017.
Its still going strong and when I moved away from the county last year they let it go wild, so now it's all over the retaining wall for their driveway, crawling along the back wall of the garage under the siding, and I've even seen a leaf inside the house that I had to pull out of the vent.
I've decided if they didn't care enough to work on it, I don't care either. We'll see how much damage it does this year.
You know what, I'm just gonna come out and say it. I dislike Dracenas.
That's okay, more for me!
They're hard to kill and look interesting. (one of those is more important than the other lol)
Zz plant for the win! The thing is indestructible.
Literally though. I have 3 kinds in my laundry/bathroom and they love the wacked out temperature and humidity. Raven, normal and a supernova.
I'm interested in the distinct bump for calathea in late 2023. What happened?
Who out there planting rubber as a houseplant?
So a few that are still rising are great for being easy to care for. And others like alocasia and monsters are highly collectible with new "rare" varieties for high end plant people to keep fiddling with. Interesting.
In between life, we garden.
