Hello,

My parents have been trying to share posts/tracking information from Facebook and Amazon, respectively.

They can send it to each other, but not to me.

Any ideas what I should check?

Their device: Samsung S23FE Android v? Default messaging app v.? Chrome v? Facebook v? Amazon v? (they don't know how to look up the versions and don't understand my instructions) Carrier: AT&T

My device: Pixel 8 Android 16 Textra v4.84 Carrier: Verizon

I can send & receive similar messages from my partner who uses the same apps my parents do & has the same phone (but uses Verizon).

Thanks for any insight!

Ask them to show what's on the screen. Old people usually ignore error messages.

Can you do a video call? Have one of them show you what the other is doing when it fails. Most likely it is something that will be obvious when you see it.
