Who is this guy? He went from mocked delusional lib to celebrated delusional lib and has seemingly got in on the joke?

    He is a guy working for a right-wing pro-NATO NGO that kind of become fun to make fun of and follow by people, particularly @ciaran_cornerspaeti@hexbear.net, because of his combination of weird Balkan takes, constant soyfacing and a bunch of map-based alt-history (most famously maps of balkanized Russia).
