Who is this guy? He went from mocked delusional lib to celebrated delusional lib and has seemingly got in on the joke?
He is a guy working for a right-wing pro-NATO NGO that kind of become fun to make fun of and follow by people, particularly @[email protected], because of his combination of weird Balkan takes, constant soyfacing and a bunch of map-based alt-history (most famously maps of balkanized Russia).
the mystery is likely deeper than that, because the NGOs he works for is just him. My current theory is he's independently wealthy from some other bullshit and he's going through the wildest divorce imaginable
