I recall a fan theory that the Rugrats cartoon was actually a figment of one of the character's imagination as their mind unraveled following off-screen traumatic events.

Basically the writer took it as a challenge to explain a children's cartoon show in the edgiest way possible

Literally any of the "in a coma" ones. Not only are they stupid as shit, they're uncreative because it's literally every kid's show where something fantastical happens.

All of the non Frank Herbert Dune novels. The Brian Herbert/Kevin J. Anderson novels are shit-tier fan-fiction and in myriad cases directly contradict what Frank wrote.

The theory goes that in the show Phineas and Ferb Candace is in a coma and her brothers building all that wacky shit is her coma dream. So the entire show is just her dream.
