I don't get how this is manufacturing consent, seems pretty matter of fact to me. What should they have written instead, if they can't determine who exactly is responsible for that attack?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the IDF, but you don't throw around accusations if you can't verify or prove who is at fault. Or are we now OK with the journalistic integrity of foxnews just because it fits with our worldviews in this case?
