I hate this kind of shit from either side. This is war, not a game, don't drop references.
Same energy as old people berating nurses and doctors on the job doing anything other than running around. As it stands this conflict is part of their life, and to the extent that they aren't being chauvinistic what they do with their time is none of our business.
