Some 911 centers use this. It's a lot easier to communicate than gps coordinates

Not a fan of this company. In the UK only some area's emergency services support this so you could waste valuable time by using it. Also they obviously charge lots for this very simple program and send lawyers after anyone making anything vaguly similar. Also there exist clashes where homonyms (ie there, their and they're) or similar sounding words are placed very close together.
