Like, is this uptime over the past 30d? Over the past year? For all time?
IMO, 30d and 365d are the most useful windows.

All time. I haven't checked how to get other data from Fediverse.observer yet, their graphs show data from different points in time, but their api only has documentation for the field uptime_alltime
(which I'm using).
Alas, 99.99% has slipped through my grasp...

Indeed. I saw someone mention it on Lemmy and figured I'd check it out. Then I saw registrations were free for the first 250 users and immediately signed up.
You appear to be an ethical businessman, as I see it. Rare enough these days, but also much needed.
