I was already on the fence about if I’d like this show for the animation style, but this story is kinda rough. MC is creepy, and his thoughts are kinda repetitive imo. Im still not 100% on how I feel about it.

Still gonna watch it to the end tho, im in too deep. Sunken cost and all that jazz. Hope it gets better

The author really likes her male MCs to be very wishy washy and in their own heads a lot. Makes them come off as a bit creepy sometimes, I think unintentionally. That being said, the manga was fine as a light fluff you'd read a bit of here and there. A whole anime episode of it is like trying to make a bunch of cotton candy your dinner. Fluffy and sweet but it gets old well before you're done.

Pacing is rough at points. It's an okay episode, the "date" being the high water mark. So far, I'm liking Komura's cringe moments. Would have been perfect if his VA is Sugita Tomokazu. He kinda reminds me of Hideki in Chobits.

OP, I can tell, was made early on in production. It was hard to watch with the janky character angles that struggled to keep up with the camera.

Mie is one serious airhead to keep on forgetting glasses like this. Makes Yua Serufu look like a mistress of hand-eye coordination in comparison.

The foggy-glassed dude being called a creeper hit quite a bit, especially when Mie saw Komura laughing along with it.
