Framing Hanley cover of Lollipop always gets me in the mood
"Sadeness" by Enigma comes to mind. There's a lady whispering and sighing over some cloudy blurry flute and percussion that puts you in a certain mindset. There's some Latin chanting (Gregorian chants?) that lends the song a sense of sanctity and also secrecy at the same time. I sound crazy but I think it fits the bill.
Sidenote: I also love "Full Bodied" by Ghost Data.
